Kemampuan Membaca Sastra Siswa Kelas VII Mts. Sampano Kecamatan Larompong Selatan Kabupaten Luwu
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca sastra siswa kelas VII MTs. Sampano Kecamatan Larompong Selatan Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa, yaitu 71,11. Nilai rata-rata tersebut diperoleh dari sampel yang mendapat nilai 96 diperoleh 3 sampel; nilai 93 diperoleh 2 sampel; nilai 92 diperoleh 2 sampel; nilai 91 diperoleh 1 sampel; nilai 88 diperoleh 5 sampel; nilai 80 diperoleh 2 sampel; nilai 77 diperoleh 1 sampel; nilai 75 diperoleh 1 sampel, nilai 60 diperoleh 2 sampel; nilai 42 diperoleh 2 sampel; nilai 33 diperoleh 1 sampel; nilai 30 diperoleh 1 sampel; nilai 29 diperoleh 3 sampel. Apabila dikonfirmasikan dengan KKM, maka kemampuan membaca sastra, siswa yang mendapat nilai ke atas sebanyak 17 sampel, sedangkan siswa yang mendapat nilai ke bawah sebanyak 9 sampel. Dilihat dari tolak ukur kemampuan, siswa dapat dikatakan mampu karena siswa yang memperoleh nilai 72 ke atas mencapai 85%.
