Analisis Konflik Sosial Dalam Novel Santri Pilihan Bunda karya Salsyabila Falensia
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan bentuk dan penyebab konflik sosial dalam novel Santri Pilihan Bunda berdasarkan teori George Simmel, 2) mendeskripsikan penyelesaian konflik sosial berdasarkan teori George Simmel dan 3) mendeskripsikan dari sisi dampak positif setelah terjadinya konflik sosial berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pemerolehan data dilakukan melalui baca simak dilanjutkan dengan teknik catat. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Humberman melalui beberapa tahap: redukasi data, pemaparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan teori George Simmel terdiri dari tiga konflik sebagai berikut: 1) konflik kepentingan mempunyai satu bentuk konflik yaitu adu mulut, 2) konflik antar pribadi mempunyai empat bentuk konflik yaitu adu mulut, pengroyokan, sindiran dan ketegangan, dan 3) konflik dalam hubungan Intim mempunyai dua bentuk konflik yaitu adu mulut dan ketegangan. Bentuk penyelesaian konflik berdasarkan teori George Simmel dalam penelitian ada lima: koersi, mediasi, toleransi, konversi dan jalan buntu. Dan juga terdapat dua bentuk dampak positif konflik sosial diantaranya: perubahan perilaku individu dan tambahnya kebersamaan kelompok atau solidaritas.
