Analisis Kepuasan Belajar Daring Mahasiswa Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepuasan belajar melalui daring mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo selama pandemi Covid 19. Data dianalisa secara kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui angket di Google Form. Hasil respon mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo merasa puas akan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang diselenggarakan kampus dan hanya sebahagian kecil saja yang menyatakan sangat puas dan kurang puas. Tingkat kepuasan mayoritas pada peran dosen sebagai fasilitator dan interaksi/komunikasi baik ke dosen maupun ke teman sekelas. Sementara ketidakpuasan responden umumnya pada efektifitas pembelajaran dimana responden merasa jenuh dengan pemberian tugas mandiri dari dosen.
