Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Permulaan Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Scramble pada Siswa Kelas II
Abstract
Kemampuan menulis permulaan merupakan keterampilan dasr yang harus dikuasai siswa sekolah dasar, namun hasil observasi di kelas II SDN 42 Limpomajang Kota Palopo menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis permulaan siswa masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis permulaan siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran scramble pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa kelas II SDN 42 Limpomajang Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis permulaan siswa mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 40% pada kondisi awal menjadi 77,5% pada siklus I dan 82,1% pada siklus II. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran juga meningkat dari 85% pada siklus I menjadi 92% pada siklus II, sedangkan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 78% menjadi 92%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran scramble efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis permulaan siswa kelas II SDN 42 Limpomajang Kota Palopo.
