Konstruksi Realitas Program Makan Bergizi Gratis dalam Pemberitaan Media Online Kompas.com
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan framing berita Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) pada media online Kompas.com dan mengidentifikasi kecenderungan posisi media dalam pemberitaan program tersebut melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang dikaji adalah tiga berita Kompas.com yang dipublikasikan pada bulan Januari 2025 dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori analisis framing model Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki yang terdiri atas empat struktur, yaitu sintaksis, skrip, tematik, dan retoris. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut. (1) Kompas.com secara efektif menggunakan hampir seluruh elemen framing model Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki; elemen latar informasi tidak ditemukan pada berita 3. (2) Kompas.com memiliki kecenderungan posisi positif yang konsisten dengan membingkai pemerintah sebagai aktor yang aktif dan responsif, serta menyajikan berbagai persoalan implementasi MBG sebagai dinamika yang sedang ditangani, bukan kegagalan sistemik.
