Pembingkaian Berita Program Makan Bergizi Gratis pada Media Detik.com
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembingkaian dalam pemberitaan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) pada media detik.com, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan posisi media dalam membingkai isu tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis teks model framing Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki melalui empat struktur yakni sintaksis, skrip, tematik, dan retoris. Data berupa tiga berita terkait MBG yang dipublikasikan pada Februari 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pembingkaian detik.com secara dominan menonjolkan dukungan terhadap keberlanjutan program MBG dan menempatkan pemerintah sebagai aktor utama yang responsif melalui penguatan unsur headline, lead, kutipan sumber, dan penutup. Sebaliknya, latar informasi merupakan unsur yang paling jarang muncul dan berfungsi meminimalkan konflik serta mengalihkan fokus pembaca dari akar masalah menuju penyelesaian yang telah dilakukan pemerintah. (2) Kecenderungan posisi media bersifat positif terhadap program dengan menampilkan narasi yang solutif dan mendukung pemerintah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa detik.com membangun konstruksi wacana yang mendorong penerimaan publik terhadap kebijakan MBG.
