Strategi Pengembangan Soft Skill: Integrasi Pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching dan Metode Project Based Learning dalam Pembelajaran Drama
Abstract
Pembelajaran drama di kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Semarang menunjukkan potensi besar sebagai ruang pengembangan karakter dan soft skill peserta didik melalui aktivitas kolaboratif yang berakar pada kearifan lokal. Keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam menyusun teks drama, menyiapkan pementasan, dan bekerja dalam tim mencerminkan pembelajaran yang inklusif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan soft skill melalui penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) yang dipadukan dengan model Project Based Learning (PJBL) dalam pembelajaran drama. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui observasi kegiatan pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru dan peserta didik, serta dokumentasi proses pementasan drama. Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi visual. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola pengembangan keterampilan kolaborasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan kesadaran budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi CRT dan PJBL mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang partisipatif dan inklusif, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, empati, serta kemampuan peserta didik dalam bekerja sama dan menyelesaikan konflik secara konstruktif. Pembelajaran ini tidak hanya memperkuat aspek kognitif, tetapi juga membentuk peserta didik yang adaptif, reflektif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21.
