Strategi Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter Di Sekolah Dalam Menghadapi Degradasi Moral Akibat Penggunaan Gadget
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen pendidikan karakter yang dapat diterapkan sekolah dalam menghadapi degradasi moral akibat penggunaan gadget pada peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru, dan siswa yang dipilih secara purposif. Sementara itu, data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen sekolah, program pendidikan karakter, tata tertib sekolah, laporan kegiatan, serta berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dengan mengacu pada model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan pendidikan karakter di era digital memerlukan strategi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan program pendidikan karakter berbasis literasi digital, pengorganisasian seluruh warga sekolah, pelaksanaan pembiasaan nilai-nilai karakter dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap perkembangan perilaku peserta didik. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab.
