Kepemimpinan Pendidikan : Relasi Pendidik dan Peserta Didik Dalam Mewujudkan Mutu Pendidikan
Abstract
Kepemimpinan pendidikan memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi, mengkoordinir, dan menggerakkan orang lain dalam konteks pelaksanaan dan pengembangan pendidikan. Seorang pemimpin pendidikan, seperti kepala sekolah, harus memiliki visi yang jelas serta harapan tinggi terhadap prestasi peserta didik. Dalam hal ini, pemimpin tidak hanya bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola sumber daya pendidikan, tetapi juga untuk memotivasi dan memberdayakan staf pengajar serta siswa agar berkontribusi dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Proses interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik menjadi kunci dalam mewujudkan mutu pendidikan. Pemimpin yang efektif akan mendorong penggunaan waktu secara efisien, memantau kemajuan siswa secara individu maupun kelompok, serta memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan pendidikan berfungsi sebagai jembatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa.
