Analisis Tantangan Guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam Implementasi Nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila bagi Siswa Autisme di SLB-E Negeri Pembina Medan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam mengimplementasikan nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa autisme di SLB-E Negeri Pembina Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian guru Bahasa Indonesia dan pihak terkait di sekolah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila telah diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia melalui pembiasaan sikap sopan, kerja sama, komunikasi, kemandirian, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas siswa. Guru berperan tidak hanya sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing karakter bagi siswa autisme. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya guru menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesulitan siswa dalam memahami aturan sosial, mengontrol emosi, berinteraksi dengan teman, bekerja sama, serta mengungkapkan ide dan pendapat. Selain itu, perbedaan kemampuan dan karakteristik setiap siswa autisme juga menjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, guru menggunakan pendekatan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa melalui penggunaan bahasa sederhana, pengulangan materi, media visual, pendampingan khusus, dan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa autisme membutuhkan kesabaran, keteladanan, dan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat agar nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
