Persepsi Mahasiswa Tentang Alih Kode terhadap Identitas Budaya Mahasiswa Indonesia Universitas Islam Negeri Fatamawati Sukarno Bengkulu
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini memahami Bagaimana Persepsi Mahasiswa Tentang Alih Kode Terhadap Identitas Budaya Mahasiswa Bahasa Indonesia Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dan Apa saja Faktor Pendorong yang mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa tentang penggunaan alih kode dalam konteks identitas budaya di semester 3 dan 5 . Metode penelitian pada dasarnya merupakan cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data dengan tujuan dan kegunaan tertentu. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk meneliti pada tempat yang alamiah dan penelitian tidak membuat perlakuan karena peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data bersifat emic, yakni berdasarkan pandangan dari sumber data bukan pandangan peneliti. Dalam penelitian ini, akan digunakan pendekatan fenomenologi yang berarti penelitian ini mencoba memahami persepsi mahasiswa, perspektif, dan pemahaman dari situasi tertentu atau fenomena, metode Penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengenai persepsi mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa alih kode bukan hanya fenomena linguistik, melainkan juga bagian penting dalam membentuk dan mencerminkan identitas budaya. Fenomena alih kode dalam kehidupan mahasiswa, khususnya di lingkungan akademik multikultural, merupakan gejala linguistik sekaligus sosial yang menarik untuk diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, fenomena alih kode (code-switching) di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Tadris Bahasa Indonesia UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dapat disimpulkan sebagai hal yang wajar dan positif. faktor pendorong yang mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa tentang penggunaan alih kode dalam konteks identitas budaya adalah persepsi mahasiswa tentang penggunaan alih kode dalam konteks identitas budaya dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor sosial, budaya, psikologis, dan komunikasi yang saling terkait.
