Representasi Emosi dalam Lirik Lagu Album Nonfiksi Karya Juicy Luicy: Tinjauan Psikolinguistik
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk representasi emosi dalam lirik lagu pada album Nonfiksi karya Juicy Luicy melalui pendekatan psikolinguistik serta mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis emosi yang muncul berdasarkan teori klasifikasi emosi Krech dan Crutchfield (1958). Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pandangan bahwa bahasa merupakan cerminan dari kondisi psikologis penuturnya, termasuk dalam konteks lirik lagu yang menjadi media ekspresi emosional manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik simak dan catat untuk memperoleh data berupa lirik lagu dari tujuh lagu pilihan dalam album Nonfiksi. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi dengan mengelompokkan setiap ekspresi emosional ke dalam enam kategori emosi, yaitu emosi primer, emosi sensorik, emosi penilaian diri, emosi terhadap orang lain, emosi menghargai, dan suasana hati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 23 data yang merepresentasikan berbagai bentuk emosi, dengan dominasi pada emosi primer dan emosi penilaian diri. Lirik-lirik dalam album Nonfiksi tidak hanya menampilkan kesedihan, kemarahan, dan cinta, tetapi juga memperlihatkan refleksi diri, penghargaan, serta penerimaan terhadap realitas kehidupan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa bahasa dalam lirik lagu berfungsi sebagai wadah untuk menyalurkan pengalaman emosional yang kompleks dan mendalam. Pendekatan psikolinguistik terbukti mampu mengungkap hubungan erat antara struktur bahasa dan ekspresi emosi manusia.
