Analisis Perangkat Supervisi Pendidikan dan Perannya dalam Meningkatkan Efektifitas Supervisi di Sekolah
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemakaian alat supervisi pendidikan serta perannya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi supervisi di sekolah, terutama di SMA Yayasan Perguruan Bandung. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cara supervisi yang diterapkan bersifat lebih informal dan berbasis interaksi melalui pertemuan atau diskusi antara kepala sekolah dan pengajar. Walaupun penggunaan dokumen tertulis seperti lembar observasi atau format evaluasi kinerja sangat sedikit, metode ini tetap berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan meningkatkan motivasi mengajar para guru. Namun, kekurangan dalam dokumentasi resmi menimbulkan hambatan dalam penilaian yang objektif dan tindak lanjut supervisi. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan untuk menggabungkan pendekatan interaksi dengan pemakaian alat supervisi yang sederhana dan dapat diterapkan. Metode supervisi yang mendukung komunikasi yang terbuka sekaligus berlandaskan data dinilai lebih ampuh dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan kualitas pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.
