Citra Perempuan Pekerja dalam Drama "Marsinah Menggugat" Karya Ratna Sarumpaet: Kajian Feminisme Sosialis
Abstract
Naskah drama Marsinah Menggugat karya Ratna Sarumpaet merupakan salah satu karya sastra monumental yang vokal dalam menyuarakan penindasan terhadap kaum marginal pada masa pemerintahan Orde Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membongkar konstruksi citra perempuan pekerja dan mekanisme penindasan multidimensional yang dialami tokoh Marsinah melalui kacamata Feminisme Sosialis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan Kritik Sastra Feminisme Sosialis. Sumber data primer berupa fragmen dialog, monolog, dan petunjuk panggung (stage directions) dalam naskah drama yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak-catat dan close reading. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan pekerja dalam naskah ini dikonstruksikan sebagai medan tempur ideologis di mana kapitalisme dan patriarki publik (negara/militer) saling berkelindan. Penindasan terhadap Marsinah berakar pada eksploitasi tubuh dan pengabaian hak reproduksi demi akumulasi modal. Namun, melalui estetika teater dan ruang liminal, Ratna Sarumpaet berhasil mendekonstruksi stereotip perempuan "lemah" menjadi "subjek politik yang menggugat" (agensi perlawanan). Kematian Marsinah ditransformasikan dari sekadar data kriminal menjadi simbol perlawanan kultural (counter-memory) dan kritik universal terhadap dehumanisasi globalisasi neoliberal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa citra Marsinah adalah representasi Pahlawan Proletar Modern yang menolak menjadi sekadar komoditas pasar.
