Integrasi Peran Guru dan Tenaga Administrasi dalam Membangun Sistem Manajemen Sekolah yang Adaptif dan Berkelanjutan di SMA Negeri 10 Medan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi peran guru dan tenaga administrasi dalam mendukung manajemen sekolah yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan di SMA Negeri 10 Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diuji keabsahannya dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru melaksanakan pembelajaran secara terencana dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar. Sementara itu, tenaga administrasi menjalankan layanan tata usaha secara profesional melalui sistem hybrid yang mendukung pendataan, dokumentasi, dan kelancaran layanan sekolah. Integrasi peran terlihat dari koordinasi yang solid dalam pengelolaan data, penjadwalan, serta dukungan administratif terhadap tugas pedagogis. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi guru dan tenaga administrasi sebagai dasar terbentuknya manajemen sekolah yang responsif dan efisien di tengah perubahan pendidikan.
