Analisis Wacana Kritis pada Pidato Presiden RI dalam Menanggapi Status Darurat Bencana Sumatera
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membongkar strategi bahasa dan praktik ideologis dalam pidato Presiden Republik Indonesia pada Puncak Peringatan Hari Guru Nasional Tahun 2025 dalam merespons status darurat bencana di Sumatera. Menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Teun A. van Dijk, penelitian ini membedah wacana melalui tiga dimensi: teks, kognisi sosial, dan konteks sosial. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi audio-visual yang ditranskripsikan secara verbatim dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pada level struktur makro menunjukkan tema besar berupa sinergi antara peran guru dan pelestarian lingkungan sebagai kunci masa depan bangsa. Pada level superstruktur, pidato disusun secara sistematis untuk menggeser fokus dari acara seremonial menjadi narasi empati nasional dan instruksi kebijakan. Analisis struktur mikro mengungkap penggunaan detail teknis (pesawat Hercules C130 dan A400) sebagai alat legitimasi responsivitas pemerintah, serta penggunaan kata ganti "Kita" untuk membangun inklusivitas emosional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pidato tersebut merupakan instrumen kekuasaan untuk melegitimasi kebijakan penanganan bencana nasional sekaligus mengarahkan opini publik mengenai urgensi integrasi mitigasi bencana dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Pesan utamanya menegaskan bahwa kualitas pendidikan adalah syarat mutlak guna mencegah kegagalan bangsa di tengah ancaman kerusakan lingkungan global.
