Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kolaboratif terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa pada Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam di Program Studi Informatika
Abstract
Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk pemahaman keagamaan, karakter, dan integritas moral mahasiswa. Namun, pembelajaran PAI pada mahasiswa program studi non-keagamaan masih menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kolaboratif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam di Program Studi Informatika Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dan desain Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 72 mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi kelas eksperimen sebanyak 36 mahasiswa dan kelas kontrol sebanyak 36 mahasiswa. Kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran kolaboratif melalui diskusi kelompok selama 12 kali pertemuan, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji homogenitas, dan Independent Samples t-Test dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 86,03 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 83,86. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t(70) = -4,139 dengan signifikansi p < 0,001, yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kolaboratif melalui diskusi kelompok efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran kolaboratif dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran PAI yang lebih aktif, partisipatif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa program studi berbasis teknologi.
