Situasi Kebahasaan di Situs Marunda Rumah Si Pitung: Tinjauan Lanskap Linguistik
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan situasi kebahasaan dalam lanskap linguistik Museum Jakarta Situs Marunda Rumah Si Pitung, mengidentifikasi jenis bahasa yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan benda bersejarah, dan memberikan konteks budaya yang relevan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan menciptakan komunikasi efektif kepada pengunjung dari berbagai wilayah, baik dalam maupun luar Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, yaitu dengan alat bantu menggunakan kamera telepon seluler. Data dianalisis dengan teknik simak catat dan triangulasi untuk memeriksa keabsahan data. Triangulasi tersebut menggunakan sumber, metode, peneliti, dan teori yang digunakan untuk memperkuat analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situasi kebahasaan di Situs Marunda Rumah Si Pitung meliputi monolingual, bilingual, dan multilingual. Situasi monolingual cukup mendominasi penggunaannya, yaitu dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan kombinasi bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Inggris atau bahasa Betawi muncul dalam konteks bilingual. Penggunaan multilingual menggabungkan bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa daerah, seperti Lampung, Minangkabau, dan Jawa yang mencerminkan keberagaman budaya Indonesia.
