Dari Ujaran Sederhana Hingga Narasi: Kajian Psikolinguistik Pemerolehan Bahasa Anak Usia 3 Tahun
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana anak berusia tiga tahun belajar bahasa dari sudut pandang psikologi bahasa, dengan fokus pada kemajuan suara, tata bahasa, dan kerumitan ucapan yang diukur dengan Mean Length of Utterance (MLU). Usia tiga tahun adalah waktu penting ketika anak mulai bergerak dari ucapan yang sederhana ke kalimat yang lebih rumit dan penuh makna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggabungkan hasil penelitian dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 3-4 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak berusia tiga tahun umumnya sudah bisa menggunakan kalimat pernyataan dan pertanyaan yang mudah, meskipun mereka masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengucapkan beberapa suara seperti /r/, /s/, dan kelompok konsonan. Berdasarkan pengukuran MLU, anak berusia tiga tahun berada di tahap VII menurut teori Brown, dengan rata-rata panjang ucapan 3,0-3,5 morfem per kalimat. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan bahasa mereka berkembang dengan baik. Dari sudut pandang psikologi bahasa, perkembangan ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor biologis, lingkungan, dan rangsangan sosial yang diterima oleh anak. Jadi, cara anak berusia tiga tahun belajar bahasa adalah cerminan dari proses yang menggabungkan kemampuan berpikir, bersocial, dan bahasa yang terus berkembang dari ucapan sederhana menuju struktur kalimat yang lebih rumit.
