Kohesi Gramatikal Konjungsi Pada Karangan Mahasiswa
Abstract
Judul penelitian ini adalah Kohesi Gramatikal Konjungsi pada Karangan Mahasiswa STBA JIA. Kohesi mengacu kepada kepaduan bentuk dalam sebuah wacana. Salah satu aspek kohesi adalah kohesi gramatikal konjungsi. Konjungsi dalam suatu wacana memiliki peran penting untuk menghubungkan antar kalimat atau klausa sehingga membuat wacana menjadi padu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penanda kohesi gramatikal konjungsi dan fungsi dari penanda tersebut yang membuat kalimat tersebut kohesif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karangan mahasiswa STBA JIA Semester IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan seluruh 5 jenis konjungsi berdasarkan teori Iori (2000) yaitu konjungsi berurutan, konjungsi waktu, konjungsi sebab-tujuan, konjungsi pengandaian dan konjungsi pertentangan. Konjungsi yang paling banyak digunakan ditandai dengan penggunaan ~kara yang berfungsi sebagai konjungsi sebab. Konjungsi ini paling banyak ditemukan karena telah dipelajari di level dasar di semester 1. Penggunaan konjungsi dalam bahasa Jepang membantu menciptakan teks yang kohesif dan terstruktur, memudahkan pembaca dalam mengikuti alur pikiran penulis. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan pula data yang tidak kohesif karena tidak menggunakan kata hubung (konjungsi) yang tepat.
