Jejak Tradisi dalam Memori Kolektif Masyarakat Turatea dalam Buku Kumpulan Cerpen Gadis Pakarena Karya Khrisna Pabichara
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jejak tradisi dalam memori kolektif masyarakat Turatea dalam buku kumpulan cerpen Gadis Pakarena karya Khrisna Pabichara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji, mengkarakterisasi, dan menemukan informasi tentang memori tradisi masyarakat Turatea. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca dan kemudian menggunakan strategi pencatatan. Adapun Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan perumusan kesimpulan, Sumber data pada penelitian ini, yaitu buku kumpulan cerpen yang berjudul Gadis Pakarena karya Krisna Pabichara yang erjumlah 180 halaman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jejak tradisi dalam memori kolektif masyarakat Turatea digambarkan melalui (1) tari tradisional yaitu Tari Pakarena, (2) senjata tradisional, yaitu Badik dan Kulau Bassi, (3) atraksi tradisional, yaitu Maggiri dan Abbatte, (4) gelar tradisional, yaitu Karaeng dan I Kabbala’, (5) tradisi pernikahan, yaitu Uang Panai.
