KEARIFAN LOKAL MASYARAKAT PENAMBANG MINYAK TRADISIONAL DALAM EKSPRESI BAHASA DAN BUDAYA JAWA DI DESA WONOCOLO KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan sistem pengetahuan (cognition system) dan kearifan lokal (local wisdom) yang terdapat pada pertambangan minyak yang dikelola secara tradisional oleh masyarakat Desa Wonocolo Kabupaten Bojonegoro melalui ekspresi verbal dan nonverbalnya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dikaji secara etnolinguistik dengan model etnosains. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data lisan yang didapatkan ketika observasi partisipatori dengan teknik wawancara dan catat rekam guna memperoleh data yang diklasifikasikan dari sisi ekologis dan sisi kultural untuk mengetahui sistem pengetahuan (cognition system), dan dipilah berdasarkan ekspresi verbal dan ekspresi nonverbal untuk mengklasifikasikan kearifan lokal (local wisdom).
