Indonesian Journal of Management Studies (IJMS) is an online journal that is published six times a year. It publishes research papers that give rigorous theoretical and practical insight of business and managament. IJMS aims to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory application and research in all areas of business and management, including but are not limited to marketing, business strategy, decision science and decision-making, strategic negotiation, finance, business risk, knowledge management, human capital management, technology management, entrepreneurship, and others relevant subjects. It is intended for researchers, students, business practitioners, and entrepreneurs to publish their ideas and experiences, and share their knowledge on business and management issues. This journal is founded under the collaboration between the Perkumpulan Dosen Muslim Indonesia. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by a minimum of two International Reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.

Before Submission
The author has to make sure that the manuscript has been prepared using IJMS template following the author guidelines. The single author's paper is just for the invited author or the author who has a great reputation for research or publication in education. The manuscript should also have been carefully proofread and a similarity check result must be attached as a supplementary file in the submission process). Any manuscript which does not meet the author guidelines, focus, and scope, written in a different format, or has poor soundness of English or Indonesian, will be immediately rejected. The only manuscript which meets the Infinity standard will be processed further.
