Analisis Kreativitas Guru Sekolah Dasar dalam Proses Pembelajaran Berdasarkan Angket
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kreativitas guru sekolah dasar dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas V SD Negeri 060857 berdasarkan hasil angket siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh dari 12 responden melalui angket tertutup berskala Likert yang menilai aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa menilai guru telah mengajar dengan kreatif, ditunjukkan oleh 71,67% responden yang merasa senang dengan cara guru mengajar. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, seperti variasi penggunaan media, permainan edukatif, dan diskusi kelompok. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kreativitas guru sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan keterlibatan siswa, serta perlu dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan agar pembelajaran lebih menarik, bermakna, dan sesuai kebutuhan siswa abad ke-21.
