Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Multikultur dalam Membentuk Karakter Peserta Didik
Abstract
Strategi kepemimpinan merupakan kekuatan penting bagi kepala sekolah dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Esensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terletak pada kemampuan mengubah paradigma bawahan dalam menyikapi berbagai kondisi sekolah seperti multikulturalisme. Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan berbasis multikultural, maka kepala sekolah mengakumulasi secara keseuruhan perbedaan etnis, bahasa dan agama sebagai wujud kekayaan budaya Negara Indonesia. Kepemimpinan multikultural menghasilkan output pendidikan yang memiliki pengetahuan, wawasan, dan menjadi siswa yang berkarakter dengan memperhatikan latar belakang multikulturalisme.
