Analisis Peristiwa Sosiolinguistik Dalam Komentar Platform Facebook Vlogger Asal Inggris Dale Philip
Abstract
Peristiwa sosiolinguistik dapat terjadi di mana saja salah satunya di platform sosial media online Facebook. Penelitian ini menganalisis fenomena sosiolinguistik yang terjadi di laman fabecook milik vlogger berkebangsaan Skotlandia, Inggris Raya, Dale Philip. Penelitian ini mengangkat peristiwa sosiolinguistik yang berkaitan dengan interaksi yang terjadi pada kolom komentar akun facebook miliknya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan data peristiwa sosiolinguistik yang berkenaan dengan (1) Ragam bahasa dalam interaksi antarkomentar, (2) Gaya bahasa yang ditunjukkan, serta (3) Kontak bahasa yang terjadi dalam interaksi antarkomentar. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai bahan pembelajaran tambahan terkait kajian ilmu sosiolinguistik. Untuk itu, analisis peristiwa ini dilakukan agar menjadi sumber pengetahuan baru terkait bahasa masyarakat sosial media facebook sebagai suatu tambahan pembelajaran sosiolinguistik.
