Analisis Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Kesulitan dalam Menyusun Proposal Penelitian pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Biologi
Abstract
Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmenganalisispersepsimahasiswaterhadapkesulitandalampenyusunan proposal penelitianpadamahasiswaJurusanBiologiangkatan 2022 UniversitasNegeri Medan. Penelitianinimenggunakanpendekatandeskriptifkualitatif. Subjekpenelitianberjumlah 26 mahasiswa yang dipilihmenggunakanteknik purposive sampling. Teknikpengumpulan data dilakukanmelaluikuesionermenggunakan Google Form. Data dianalisismenggunakan model analisisinteraktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputireduksi data, penyajian data, danpenarikankesimpulan. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwasebagianbesarmahasiswatelahmemilikipemahamankonsepdasar proposal penelitian yang baik, namunmasihmengalamikesulitanteknisdalampenyusunanlatarbelakangmasalah, perumusanmasalah, penyusunantinjauanpustaka, metodologipenelitian, danpenggunaanbahasailmiah. Faktor internal yang memengaruhikesulitanmahasiswameliputirendahnya rasa percayadiri, kurangnyapemahamanmetodologipenelitian, sertalemahnyamanajemenwaktu. Selainitu, faktoreksternalsepertikurangnyaintensitasbimbingandosen, keterbatasanaksesreferensiilmiah, lingkunganbelajar yang kurangkondusif, dantingginyabebanakademikturutmenjadihambatandalampenyusunan proposal penelitian. Olehkarenaitu, diperlukanpeningkatanpendampinganakademikdanpenguatankemampuanpenulisanilmiahmahasiswagunamendukung proses penyusunan proposal penelitiansecaralebihefektif.
