Peningkatan Minat Belajar IPAS melalui Contextual Teaching and Learning Berbantuan Video Interaktif Siswa Kelas III SDN 3 Surutanga
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) melalui penerapan model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan video interaktif. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiga kali pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 24 siswa kelas III SDN 3 Surutanga. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan angket minat belajar siswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model CTL berbantuan video interaktif dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat dari 63% pada siklus I menjadi 84% pada siklus II. Aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 38% pada siklus I menjadi 81% pada siklus II. Selain itu, jumlah siswa yang memiliki minat belajar kategori sangat tinggi meningkat dari 4 siswa atau 17% pada siklus I menjadi 22 siswa atau 92% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model Contextual Teaching and Learning berbantuan video interaktif efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas III SDN 3 Surutanga.
