Pentingnya Penggunaan Bahasa Ilmiah dalam Penulisan Materi Biologi
Abstract
Bahasa ilmiah memiliki peranan penting dalam penyampaian materi biologi karena mampu menjelaskan konsep secara tepat, sistematis, dan ilmiah. Penggunaan bahasa ilmiah yang sesuai dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan interpretasi serta meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap konsep-konsep biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya penggunaan bahasa ilmiah dalam penulisan materi biologi serta pengaruhnya terhadap proses penyampaian dan pemahaman materi pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa jurnal, buku, dan artikel akademik yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai peran bahasa ilmiah dalam pembelajaran biologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kejelasan penyampaian materi, memperkuat pemahaman konsep, mendukung literasi sains, serta membantu terciptanya komunikasi ilmiah yang lebih efektif dan universal. Namun, penggunaan terminologi ilmiah dan istilah Latin juga menimbulkan kendala bagi peserta didik, terutama dalam memahami dan menghafal istilah biologis yang kompleks. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kontekstual agar penggunaan bahasa ilmiah dalam materi biologi dapat dipahami secara lebih optimal.
