Studi Kualitatif Pemanfaatan Cerpen Digital “Sahabat Sejati” dalam Pembelajaran Cerpen di SMPN 1 Atap Awin
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan cerpen digital berjudul Sahabat Sejati dalam pembelajaran cerpen di SMPN 1 Atap Awin Kabupaten Batanghari serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi guru selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian guru Bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Atap Awin. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan menurut Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan cerpen digital Sahabat Sejati memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran. Cerpen digital membantu siswa memahami unsur intrinsik cerpen seperti tema, tokoh, alur, latar, dan amanat melalui penyajian cerita yang menarik dan mudah dipahami. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, serta lebih mudah mengemukakan pendapat mengenai isi cerita. Pemanfaatan cerpen digital juga memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi secara lebih kontekstual dan interaktif. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan perangkat elektronik, jaringan internet yang kurang stabil, serta perbedaan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami teks digital. Secara keseluruhan, cerpen digital Sahabat Sejati efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran cerpen di SMP.
