Deskripsi Kemandirian Belajar (Self-Regulated Learning) Siswa SMA dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemandirian belajar (self-regulated learning) siswa SMA dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada proses pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah lingkungan belajar menjadi lebih terbuka dan fleksibel, sehingga menuntut siswa untuk mampu mengelola proses belajar secara mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam mengenai perilaku, kemampuan, dan pengalaman siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung guna memperoleh data yang komprehensif, baik dari persepsi siswa maupun dari aktivitas belajar yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara aktif dalam pembelajaran, seperti mencari informasi, mengerjakan tugas, dan mengakses berbagai sumber belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya inisiatif belajar mandiri yang cukup baik. Namun demikian, tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa masih berada pada kategori sedang, karena beberapa aspek Self-Regulated Learning seperti pengelolaan waktu, pengendalian fokus, serta evaluasi diri belum dilakukan secara optimal. Sebagian siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menjaga konsistensi belajar dan mudah terdistraksi oleh penggunaan teknologi untuk aktivitas non-pembelajaran. Selain itu, masih ditemukan ketergantungan terhadap arahan guru dalam proses belajar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital belum secara otomatis meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang lebih sistematis dalam meningkatkan literasi digital, kemampuan regulasi diri, serta motivasi belajar siswa agar pemanfaatan teknologi digital dapat lebih efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran mandiri di era digital.
