Analisis Wacana Kritis ( AWK) Model Teun A. Van Dijk pada Pemberitaan Resmi: Guru Asn Bisa Pindah Ke Swasta Mulai November 2025
Abstract
Kebijakan yang mengizinkan guru Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) untuk pindah ke sekolah swasta mulai November 2025 menimbulkan perdebatan wacana terkait relasi kekuasaan, peran negara, dan arah reformasi pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana media daring Melintas.id mengonstruksi wacana kebijakan tersebut melalui Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Teun A. van Dijk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa teks berita berjudul “Resmi! Mulai November 2025, Guru ASN Bisa Pindah ke Sekolah Swasta: Aturan Baru yang Ubah Peta Pendidikan Nasional”. Analisis difokuskan pada tiga dimensi struktur wacana, yaitu makrostruktur, superstruktur, dan mikrostruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Melintas.id secara dominan membingkai kebijakan sebagai langkah progresif, strategis, dan niscaya dalam reformasi pendidikan. Pada level makro, kebijakan diposisikan sebagai solusi atas pemerataan guru dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Pada level superstruktur, susunan teks bersifat afirmatif dan persuasif, yang cenderung menormalisasi kebijakan tanpa menghadirkan suara kritis. Sementara itu, pada level mikro, pilihan leksikon dan metafora menunjukkan ideologi modernisasi dan efisiensi yang mengaburkan relasi kuasa antara pemerintah dan guru ASN. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media berperan aktif dalam membangun legitimasi kebijakan pendidikan melalui strategi wacana.
