Kesantunan Berbahasa Indonesia pada Transaksi Jual Beli di Pasar Sentral Malino
Abstract
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kesantunan berbahasa masyarakat pada transaksi jual beli di pasar sentral Malino. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu pendekatan penelitian yang mengungkap situasi sosial tertentu dengan mendeskripsikan kenyataan secara benar jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif ini merupakan penyajian atau gambaran dalam mendapatkan data sesuai dengan nyata secara objektif dan akurat mengenai data, sifat-sifat dengan korelasi dengan problema penelitian ini. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah penjual dan pembeli yang telah melakukan interaksi jual beli di pasar sentral Malino.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik simak, bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan reduksi data. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 bentuk kesantunan. Namun hanya terdapat 2 tuturan yang dominan yaitu bentuk interogatif dan bentuk deklaratif Prinsip kesantunan berbahasa Masyarakat Malino dalam transaksi jual beli dipasar terdapat 2 maksim yang dipenuhi yaitu maksim pemufakatan dan maksim penghargaan. Selain itu ditemukan juga 1 pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa dalam hal ini melanggar maksim kesederhanaan.
