Strategi Guru dalam Mengelola Interaksi Kelas pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 03 Lenteng Agung
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam mengelola interaksi kelas pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 03 Lenteng Agung. Pengelolaan interaksi kelas yang efektif diperlukan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, komunikatif, dan kondusif bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek seorang guru Bahasa Inggris. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi proses pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru, dan dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan beberapa strategi dalam mengelola interaksi kelas, antara lain penggunaan tanya jawab, pemberian instruksi sederhana, penguatan verbal, tes tertulis serta penyampaian pembelajaran yang menarik. Strategi tersebut mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dan menciptakan interaksi dua arah antara guru dan siswa. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan interaksi kelas yang tepat dapat mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar.sikan strategi guru dalam mengelola interaksi kelas pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 03 Lenteng Agung. Pengelolaan interaksi kelas yang efektif diperlukan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, komunikatif, dan kondusif bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek seorang guru Bahasa Inggris. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi proses pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru, dan dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan beberapa strategi dalam mengelola interaksi kelas, antara lain penggunaan tanya jawab, pemberian instruksi sederhana, penguatan verbal, tes tertulis serta penyampaian pembelajaran yang menarik. Strategi tersebut mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dan menciptakan interaksi dua arah antara guru dan siswa. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan interaksi kelas yang tepat dapat mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar.
