Analisis Bentuk dan Sumber Interferensi Leksikal Bahasa Gaul dalam Caption Instagram Mahasiswa
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan sumber interferensi leksikal bahasa gaul dalam caption Instagram mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (Untirta). Latar belakang kajian ini adalah peran krusial Bahasa Indonesia baku sebagai bahasa negara dan tanggung jawab moral mahasiswa FKIP sebagai calon guru untuk menjaga kaidah bahasa yang baik dan benar, di tengah maraknya penggunaan bahasa gaul di media sosial. Interferensi leksikal, yaitu masuknya kosakata takresmi ke ranah resmi, berpotensi merusak penguasaan kosakata baku. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif, data penelitian berupa kata dan frasa bahasa gaul dikumpulkan melalui observasi nonpartisipatif pada 13 unggahan caption Instagram mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk interferensi leksikal bahasa gaul yang paling dominan adalah singkatan dan pemendekan kata dari Bahasa Indonesia (misalnya: tdr, ultah, gk). Bentuk ini digunakan sebagai strategi efisiensi komunikasi digital, di mana kosakata yang sudah familier direduksi untuk pesan yang ringkas dan cepat. Sumber interferensi lainnya meliputi serapan dari Bahasa Inggris (misalnya: btw, bestie, support) sebagai penanda gaya dan pelengkap ekspresif yang dipengaruhi budaya digital, serta ungkapan ekspresif hasil inovasi internal penutur (misalnya: hus hus badai). Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa penggunaan bahasa gaul ini adalah bentuk adaptasi bahasa yang fleksibel dan kontekstual terhadap dinamika komunikasi digital, bukan sekadar penyimpangan dari bahasa baku.
