Analisis Kesalahan Ejaan pada Caption Postingan Instagram Para Influencer
Abstract
Instagram sebagai platform media sosial menjadi sarana ekspresi diri yang populer, terutama melalui caption para influencer. Namun, banyak caption yang mengandung kesalahan ejaan dan penggunaan bahasa yang tidak sesuai kaidah Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk kesalahan ejaan pada caption influencer serta memahami pola dan kecenderungannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data berupa caption dari akun influencer dengan minimal 50.000 pengikut, dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi, dan dianalisis berdasarkan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan yang paling dominan meliputi penggunaan huruf kapital yang tidak tepat, tanda baca yang keliru atau dihilangkan, kata tidak baku, penulisan kata serapan yang belum disesuaikan, serta penggabungan atau pemisahan kata yang salah. Kesalahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh sifat media sosial yang cepat, informal, dan gaya bahasa influencer yang menular ke pengikut. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya peningkatan literasi berbahasa Indonesia di media sosial dan memberikan kontribusi bagi kajian linguistik digital serta strategi edukasi bahasa di ruang publik digital.
