Kepuasan Belajar Mata Kuliah Pembelajaran Remedial Bahasa Indonesia pada Mahasiswa STKIP Abdi Wacana Wamena (Studi Fenomenologi)
Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, kepuasan belajar mahasiswa menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Pengajaran Remedial Bahasa Indonesia. 2). Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah pembelajaran remedial Bahasa Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan melaporkan pola (tema) dalam data. Dari hasil penelitian, mahasiswa umumnya memiliki persepsi positif terhadap mata kuliah Pembelajaran Remedial Bahasa Indonesia. Sebanyak 70% mahasiswa merasa bahwa materi disampaikan dengan sangat jelas, dan 74% menganggap materi relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Namun, ada 19% yang merasa materi hanya cukup jelas, menandakan adanya kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kejelasan dalam penyampaian informasi. Secara keseluruhan, mahasiswa merasa puas dengan pengalaman belajar mereka meskipun ada beberapa area yang perlu diperbaiki. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan belajar mahasiswa meliputi metode pengajaran, interaksi dengan dosen, dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sebanyak 89% mahasiswa menghargai variasi dalam metode pengajaran yang digunakan, sementara 85% merasa dosen responsif terhadap pertanyaan mereka. Namun, 19% mahasiswa merasakan perlunya peningkatan dalam kualitas fasilitas pendidikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi metode dan interaksi yang baik memiliki dampak positif terhadap kepuasan belajar, tetapi fasilitas yang memadai juga sangat penting.
