Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Film Maaf, Lebaran Ini Kami Tidak Pulang Karya Guntur Soeharjanto
Abstract
Perkembangan zaman saat ini telah mengikis nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik tanpa disadari. Fenomena ini terlihat dari semakin maraknya peserta didik yang melakukan perundungan dan bersikap kurang ajar terhadap guru dan orang tua. Oleh sebab itu, pendidikan karakter memerlukan perhatian yang lebih serius untuk ditangani. Adapun cara yang dapat dilakukan ialah menggunakan media pembelajaran yang banyak digemari oleh peserta didik, yaitu film. Film memuat nilai-nilai karakter yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satunya film Maaf, Lebaran Ini Kami Tidak Pulang karya Guntur Soeharjanto. Sehubungan dengan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam film tersebut. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi, simak, dan transkripsi. Kemudian, dianalisis melalui tahap identifikasi, klasifikasi, dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sepuluh nilai pendidikan karakter dalam film tersebut: religius, jujur, toleransi, kerja keras, mandiri, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat atau komunikatif, cinta damai, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab.
