Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa Berita Edukasi Edisi 25 September 2025 pada Kompas.com Berdasarkan Kategori Linguistik
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa yang terdapat dalam berita edukasi edisi 25 September 2025 di portal Kompas.com berdasarkan kategori linguistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi terhadap empat berita yang dipilih dari total dua puluh berita yang terbit pada tanggal tersebut. Fokus penelitian meliputi empat aspek linguistik, yaitu fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 38 kesalahan berbahasa dengan rincian: fonologi 39,5%, morfologi 5,3%, sintaksis 34,2%, dan semantik 21,1%. Kesalahan fonologis paling dominan berupa pengetikan, ejaan, dan penulisan istilah asing; kesalahan sintaksis meliputi struktur kalimat tidak lengkap dan ketidaktepatan subjek–predikat; sedangkan kesalahan semantik muncul dalam bentuk ambiguitas makna dan redundansi kata. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kesalahan berbahasa pada media daring cenderung disebabkan oleh lemahnya proses penyuntingan dan pengaruh gaya bahasa percakapan yang lazim di media sosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi kebahasaan jurnalis serta peran aktif penyunting bahasa agar media daring mampu menjaga kredibilitas dan fungsi edukatifnya melalui penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar.
