Analisis Eufemisme, Disfemisme dan Ungkapan Tabu dalam Konstruksi Judul Berita Kompas Online (24-25 Oktober 2025)
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan manfaat dari penggunaan eufemisme, disfemisme, dan ungkapan tabu pada judul berita onine Kompas pada tanggal 24-25 Oktober 2025. Penelitian inidilatarbelakangi adanya judul berita surat kabar mengandung gaya bahasa khas yang digunakan oleh jurnalistik. Salah satu gaya bahasa yang digunakan oleh para jurnalistik ialah penggunaan eufemisme, disfemisme, dan ungkapan tabu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan semantik leksikal, menghasilkan data berupa deskripsi kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa satuan kata dan menggunakan teknik simak dan teknik catat. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan kajian semantik yang berfokus pada eufemisme, disfemisme, dan ungkapan tabu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 43 judul beritapda surat kabar harian online Kompas tanggal 24-25 Oktober 2025. Dari jumlah tersebut ditemukan 5 data eufemisme dan 1 data disfemisme, sedangkan ungkapan tabu tidak ditemukan. Eufmisme yang ditemukan berupa 1 bentuk frasa benda dan 4 kata benda. Sementara itu, disfemisme yang ditemukan berbentuk kata sifat sebanak 1 data.
