Analisis Dugaan Pencemaran Nama Baik Shandy Purnamasari Oleh Isa Zega : Kajian Linguistik Forensik
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan oleh Isa Zega terhadap Shandy Purnamasari melalui media sosial dengan menggunakan pendekatan linguistik forensik. Analisis difokuskan pada ujaran-ujaran Isa Zega yang dinilai memiliki makna merendahkan, memfitnah, serta berpotensi merusak reputasi pribadi maupun profesional Shandy. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis semantik leksikal dan gramatikal terhadap data bahasa berupa unggahan dan pernyataan publik di media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ujaran seperti “Shandy itu Shaun the Sheep”, “bukan siapa-siapa tanpa nama besar Ustaz Yusuf Mansur”, hingga “hidup penuh dengan citraan” memiliki muatan penghinaan dan fitnah yang dapat digolongkan sebagai tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik sesuai dengan pasal 310–311 KUHP serta pasal 27 ayat (3) UU ITE. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya linguistik forensik dalam membantu proses penegakan hukum, khususnya dalam kasus kejahatan bahasa yang marak terjadi di era digital.
