Respon dan Permasalahan Siswa SMKN 1 Perbaungan Dalam Pembelajaran Sastra
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana siswa menanggapi pembelajaran sastra serta berbagai kendala yang mereka hadapi di SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat dan partisipasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran sastra yang masih banyak menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada 150 siswa dari berbagai jurusan. Instrumen penelitian berisi pernyataan tertutup dengan skala Likert yang mengukur tingkat pemahaman, ketertarikan, serta pandangan siswa terhadap metode pembelajaran sastra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 79% siswa memahami pentingnya pembelajaran sastra, namun hanya 62% yang memiliki minat tinggi terhadap pelajaran tersebut. Sebagian besar siswa (79%) mengalami kesulitan memahami isi karya sastra, sementara 51% mengaku sering merasa bosan selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Meskipun demikian, 68% siswa menyatakan bahwa penggunaan media digital mampu membuat pembelajaran sastra menjadi lebih menarik dan bermakna. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran sastra di SMK perlu diarahkan pada model yang lebih kreatif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis teknologi digital agar dapat meningkatkan minat, pemahaman, serta relevansi pembelajaran sastra dengan dunia kerja.
