Analisis Wacana Teks Berita Pada Buku Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VII Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka
Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis wacana pada teks berita di buku Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII berbasis kurikulum merdeka yang diterbitkan oleh Kemendikbud Ristek tahun 2021 melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis wacana kritis Teun A. Van Dijk yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi, yakni dimensi 1) teks (struktur makro, superstruktur, dan struktur mikro); 2) kognisi sosial; dan 3) konteks sosial. Hasil penelitian diketahui teks berita yang terdapat pada buku Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII berbasis kurikulum merdeka tidak hanya berisi tentang informasi peristiwa atau kejadian yang penting tetapi juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Pemilihan teks berita dengan tema merawat bumi memiliki tujuan agar generasi muda dapat lebih peduli dan menjaga lingkungan dari kerusakan. Selain itu, melalui teks berita ini peneliti memiliki tujuan supaya generasi muda pada umumnya, serta siswa pada khususnya lebih peduli menjadi lingkungan dari kerusakan dengan memberikan aksi yang nyata. Selanjutnya, teks berita ini disajikan agar dapat melatih siswa untuk berpikir kritis terhadap berita yang dianggap palsu atau hoax.
