Tingkat Tutur Bahasa Jawa Ngoko pada Santri Putri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyimi Sukolilo Bancar Tuban
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk penggunaan tingkat tutur ngoko dalam interaksi santri putri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyimi, Desa Sukolilo, Kecamatan Bancar, Kabupaten Tuban. Ragam tutur ngoko merupakan variasi bahasa Jawa yang umumnya digunakan dalam situasi informal, akrab, atau antar penutur yang memiliki hubungan dekat dan setara. Dalam konteks kehidupan pesantren, ragam ini digunakan santri untuk berkomunikasi sehari-hari, khususnya di lingkungan asrama atau saat berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, rekaman, dan dokumentasi terhadap tuturan santri. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori tingkat tutur dari Sasangka (2019), yang membagi ngoko menjadi dua jenis, yaitu ngoko lugu dan ngoko alus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ngoko lugu dominan digunakan saat berbicara dengan teman seangkatan dalam suasana santai tanpa memperhatikan unsur kesopanan secara khusus. Sementara itu, ngoko alus digunakan untuk menunjukkan sikap hormat kepada teman yang lebih senior atau dalam situasi semi formal yang tidak menuntut penggunaan krama. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ragam ngoko oleh santri tidak hanya didasarkan pada kedekatan hubungan, melainkan juga pada kesadaran terhadap norma kesantunan dalam komunikasi.
