Filosofi Pantang Larang Desa Pulau Belimbing, Kuok, Kampar
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pantang larang yang terdapat di Desa Pulau Belimbing, Kuok, Kabupaten Kampar. Pantang larang merupakan norma sosial yang berfungsi untuk mengatur perilaku individu dalam masyarakat, serta menjaga keharmonisan sosial dan melindungi nilai-nilai budaya. Dua pantang larang utama yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penanaman rasa malu dan larangan menikah sesuku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan tokoh masyarakat, orang tua, dan generasi muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pantang larang masih dijunjung tinggi oleh sebagian masyarakat, terdapat tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya akibat perkembangan zaman dan perubahan nilai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang peran pantang larang dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan bagaimana masyarakat dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan tanpa kehilangan jati diri mereka.
