Abreviasi dalam Akun Media Sosial Instagram Info_Wajo. Id: Kajian Morfologi
Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis dan proses abreviasi pada akun Instagram info_wajo. id. Penelitian tergolong jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni observasi, dokumentasi (tangkapan layar), dan catat. Teori yang digunakan dalam analisa data yaitu menurut Miles dan Huberman. Data penelitian berasal dari caption pada akun Instagram info_wajo. id yang dikategorikan dalam penggunaan abreviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebanyak 77 data yang dikategorikan dalam penggunaan abreviasi pada akun Instagram info_wajo. id. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut sehingga ditarik kesimpulan. Pertama, pada kategori jenis abreviasi ditemukan sebanyak 5 data, meliputi: 36 singkatan, 9 penggalan, 27 akronim, 1 kontraksi, dan 4 lambang huruf. Kedua, pada kategori proses abreviasi ditemukan sebanyak 19 proses meliputi: singkatan (6 proses abreviasi), penggalan 5 (proses abreviasi), akronim (4 proses abreviasi), kontraksi (1 proses abreviasi), dan lambang huruf (3 proses abreviasi).
