Peran Guru dalam Mengembangkan Keterampilan Sosial Emosional Peserta Didik di SMP IT Al-Fateeh Semarang
Abstract
Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial emosional peserta didik di SMP IT Al-Fateeh Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitihan ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi wawancara mendalam dan dokumntasi. Hasil penelitihan menunjukan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk keterampilan sosial mosional peseta didik melalui pembelajaran berbasis karakter bimbingan individu serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Pembelajaran keterampilan sosial emosional menjadi pengembangan kemampuan dasar bagi peserta didik untuk hidup dengan baik karena tak hanya fokus pada kompetenis diri namun juga pada relasi yang terjalin dengan orang lain dan lingkungan. Dalam proses pembelajaran sosial emosional, pentingnya bagi guru untuk membangun lingkungan belajar yang positif dan memenuhi kebutuhan serta minat peserta didik. Selain itu, guru juga perlu menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang terencana dan terstruktur agar peserta didik memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam mengeksplorasi dan belajar.
