Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Bervariasi untuk Pembelajaran Differensiasi pada Guru SDN 223 Balantang
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode pembelajaran bervariasi dalam mendukung pembelajaran diferensiasi di SDN 223 Balantang. Pendekatan pembelajaran differensiasi memungkinkan guru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individual siswa yang beragam, berdasarkan minat, gaya belajar, dan tingkat kemampuan mereka. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan guru dapat lebih efektif memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa yang beragam. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Selasa, tanggal 10 Oktober 2024, di SDN 223 Balantang, Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas guru SD dari perwakilan 6 sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran bervariasi meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang inklusif, serta mendorong motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
